Private Residential Development, Abuja, 2017

Completed in 2017, this fully custom luxury estate was conceived as a generational family home in one of Abuja's premier residential districts. Every element of the design from the spatial planning to the integrated infrastructure was driven by the client's desire for privacy, self-sufficiency, and a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience tailored to Nigeria's tropical climate. The result is a 6-bedroom residence that functions less like a standard house and more like a private compound, balancing opulence with practical, day-to-day family living..

Commercial Development Project, Abuja, 2019

This renovation involved a targeted refresh of a 50-seat neighborhood Italian restaurant, focusing on modernizing the dining room and bar area without a full closure—work was completed over four weekend phases to minimize revenue loss. Key updates included refinishing the original hardwood floors, replacing worn booth upholstery with durable commercial-grade leather, installing a new custom quartz bar top, and upgrading the HVAC system to improve air quality and guest comfort. The kitchen received a critical equipment overhaul, including a new ventilation hood and reach-in coolers to meet health code updates. The project came in 10% under budget thanks to owner-sourced materials and a trusted local GC, and the refreshed atmosphere has already boosted weekend reservations by 40%.

Commercial Renovations, Abuja, 2020

A 900 sq ft shell space in a small professional plaza was renovated into a turnkey chiropractic and wellness clinic. The scope included framing out three private treatment rooms, a reception area, and a small staff breakroom. We installed acoustic ceiling tiles and soundproofing insulation between walls to ensure patient privacy, laid commercial-grade carpet tile and sheet vinyl flooring for durability and easy cleaning, and coordinated all MEP rough-ins (new sinks, exam lights, and dedicated electrical circuits for adjustment tables). The owner a first-time practice founder was actively involved in material selection and scheduling, which helped keep the project on track and within a tight budget. The space passed final inspection with zero punch-list items and opened for patient appointments two weeks ahead of schedule.
